In 1991, three Syclones were converted into Indy Pace trucks by applying Indianapolis 500 graphic decals on the fenders, doors, and bed of the trucks. These trucks were known as the 1991 GMC Indy Syclones. Later on, one of these three trucks was converted again and became the PPG Syclone.
